🌸Spring RENAISSANCE 2026🌸

HELLO, SPRING!!

Hello, everyone. Welcome back. It is Spring Equinox, we are in the studio, and today we are talking about the everything spring reset.

In our world, spring reset is not just about cleaning the house. It is about reorienting your whole life.

If you are in Successful Creative or anywhere in my ecosystem, you know we follow a kind of 12-week year timekeeping system. It helps us stay focused, work in seasons, and actually move things into artifact form. We are scanners. We are builders. We are women with a lot going on. We need a system that lets us zoom out, reset, and move forward with intention.

And that is what spring is.

Spring is a portal.

It is the moment where you stop and ask:
Who am I becoming this season?
What needs to be cleaned, clarified, stocked, scheduled, softened, strengthened, or released before I step through?

The last couple of 12-week cycles have been intense for me personally. We had a baby at the end of fall. Winter was our fourth trimester. That meant breastfeeding, healing, hydrating, planning, cooking, caring for a toddler, navigating our ausome journey with Solomon, and trying to keep the studio alive in the middle of real life.

So this post is not coming from perfection. It is coming from stewardship.

What I have learned is that every spring, and really every end-of-cycle moment, I naturally want to do the same thing:
take inventory, refresh the environment, clarify the mission, and align my life with the version of me I am becoming.

That is what this is.

This is the everything spring reset, through the lens of the nine pillars.

1. 💕 Love & Relationships

Before you even think about goals, outfits, or projects, look at your year at a glance and mark the things that matter most: birthdays, holidays, family rituals, anniversaries, gatherings, sacred days, seasonal events.

You want to know where your people live in your calendar.

You also want your Rolodex of top people. Your core circle. Your key relationships. Then from there, I like to create what I call date bubbles. These do not have to be elaborate. They can literally be “this is our day to do nothing together.” But the point is to hold space for connection before the season gets away from you.

For me, this looks like making space for my mom, my son, my partner, and the people I want to stay connected to in a real way.

Spring reset in love and relationships means asking:

  • Who are my people this season?

  • What relationships need tending?

  • What rituals do I want to repeat?

  • Where do I need more connection, softness, or intentionality?

2. 👶🏽 Parenting & Motherhood

Spring reset also means getting clear on what the children are doing.

I strongly believe you should have a kind of personal syllabus for yourself and your children before entering a new season. Not every lesson planned out, but at least the baseline.

  • What are they learning this year?

  • What activities are they in?

  • What registrations are coming up?

  • What community programs do you want to plug into?

  • What rhythms are supporting your family right now?

If soccer signups open every August, that should already be in the system. If library storytime is part of your rhythm, that should already be in the flow. If your child needs a sensory-friendly setup, a spring toy rotation, or a more supportive homeschool cart, that belongs in the reset too.

We use a lot of container systems in this season of life: carts, bins, baskets, labeled toy storage, seasonal book rotations, activity setups. I have learned that I do not want every toy and every book visible at once. I want curated environments. I want a living toy library. I want seasonal books front-facing. I want fewer decisions and more flow.

3. 🌸 Style & Beauty

Spring is absolutely pillar three season.

This is the time for the full body analysis. This is where you look at your style, your clothes, your beauty inventory, your linens, your self-presentation, your physical identity, and ask:
What needs an upgrade? What needs to be edited? What needs to be returned? What needs to be called in?

For me, this is not about random shopping. It is about seasonal stewardship.

I do not want seven cheap things I barely like. I want one or two beautiful, useful things that support the life I am actually living.

This season, I have been thinking about breastfeeding bras, tank tops, maybe the dress version, scarves, a summer swimsuit, a few key beauty staples. That is basically the uniform. That is my style right now. Postpartum, soft, sensual, functional, beautiful.

And before buying anything, I think spring is the perfect time to:

  • pull out all your spring and summer clothes

  • wash them

  • rotate them in

  • inventory what you already own

  • touch everything

  • see what still fits the season of life you are in

Then, if you need mascara, get mascara. If you need Q-tips, get Q-tips. Those are consumables. But if you think you need a new dress, first look at what you already have.

Spring is when you start orienting toward being hot and fit by summer, yes, but really it is about becoming more embodied, more cared for, more in sync with your own aesthetic and energy.

4. 💪🏽 Health & Wellness

Winter is for soup, carbs, coziness, rest, postpartum nourishment, and keeping yourself alive.

Spring is when the body starts whispering:
Okay, let’s move. Let’s open. Let’s train. Let’s regulate.

This is where I think about:

  • stocked bathroom/apothecary systems

  • movement

  • stretching

  • walking

  • spring meals

  • fresh air/outside!!!

We literally lost our water bottle at one point and it became a real bottleneck. That is the kind of thing I care about in spring reset. Not wellness as an abstract ideal. Wellness as: what is actually preventing me from functioning well?

This is also where the home apothecary matters. I want the bathroom to feel stocked and supportive. I want the Epsom salts there. I want the toothbrush heads already there. I want the little things handled so my body is supported by the environment.

5. 🎨 Biz & Creativity

This is one of the biggest spring reset pillars for me.

In my world, spring reset means:

  • your year at a glance is visible

  • your month at a glance is visible

  • your week at a glance is visible

  • your season at a glance is visible

I love our timekeeping wall for this. I love having the calendar out where we can see the entire architecture of the year. I love paper craft, newsletters, sticky notes, index cards, binders, collages, notepads, tabs, markers, visible systems. I need to touch the ideas.

That is why our note card framework matters so much. It lets ideas become tangible. A project becomes a stack. A vision becomes a card. A life becomes something you can sort, map, and move.

This is also where I am seeing that my spring guide itself is already an artifact. The planner exists. The structure exists. The seasonal stickers exist. The week-at-a-glance exists. The daily flow exists. The reading tracker, travel section, spring focal points, identity tracker, content ideas, and spring prayers already exist. It is a full artifact. We have just been using it internally.

And that is part of spring reset too:
What have I already made that is ready to be shared, sold, refined, or repeated?

6. 🔮 Mind & Spirit

Spring is not only practical. It is deeply energetic.

I keep saying portal because that is truly what it feels like to me. You are not just entering a new quarter. You are entering a new version of yourself.

This is where prayer, journaling, visualization, nervous system work, breathwork, therapy, EMDR, subliminals, fear inventory, and spiritual orientation all live for me.

I am very interested in deprogramming and reprogramming the mind. I have seen how powerful that is in birth work, in healing work, in motherhood, in creativity, in life. I care so much about the inner work because the outer work reflects it.

Spring spirit reset also means studying nature. Study the equinox. Study the wheel of the year. Study what spring actually means in the natural world. You do not have to argue religion or dogma to observe what nature is doing. Nature is already teaching.

Spring reset in mind and spirit means asking:

  • What story am I leaving behind?

  • What beliefs need updating?

  • What practices regulate and restore me?

  • What does nature say this season is for?

  • What version of me am I aligning with?

7. ✈️ Travel & Explore

This pillar is quieter for me right now, but it is still important.

I like having a place in the planning for:

  • where are we traveling this year?

  • where might we go this season?

  • what local adventures we want to do?

  • what outings, field trips, movies, markets, or seasonal experiences we want to say yes to?

The car, for me, used to be a monthly ritual. Car wash, vacuum, gloves, spray, reset. It felt amazing. In this season of life, I may want to outsource part of that, but the principle remains: I need the spaces that carry me to feel clean enough for my nervous system

8. 🏡 Domestic Goddess

This is where spring reset can become extremely tangible.

The kitchen can begin to feel like quiet support — clear, simple, and ready to hold your week without asking more from you. The living room softens into a space you actually want to be in. The bathroom becomes a small, steady place of restoration. The bedroom starts to feel like a true place of rest & relaxation. The studio begins to meet your mind again with your ideas finally having a place to live.

The home becomes something lovingly stewarded.

Spring reset in domestic goddess means asking:

  • What needs to be cleaned, rotated, stocked, or systemized?

  • What is living in my head that needs to live in a binder or list?

  • What spaces want fresh air and attention?

  • What seasonal backstock needs to rotate in or out?

9. 💎 Prosperity & Abundance

Finally, spring reset absolutely includes money.

Not in a scary way. In a stewardship way.

I personally love the idea of having finite numbers. For example, the grocery budget in its own account. Then it becomes a game of stewardship. Not scarcity. Strategy.

If I know more funds are coming into a system soon, I can (try to) leverage what I already have better. I can make the most of what is in the pantry (for example). I can play with abundance.

I also think abundance is not something you wait for. It is something you practice noticing now. If money feels “scarce” for you, focus on the abundance of time, breath, grass, sky, food, people, beauty, rhythm, or ideas you may have.

🌿 The Spring Renaissance 2026

May you have a loving, visionary, well-held, deeply intentional seasonal reset that helps you step into spring feeling more like yourself.

That is the work.

Love,
Kayla 💗
