• YOUR OFFER CREATED WITH SUPPORT FOR YOUR VISION: You'll be the genius behind the offer creation (that means you create the content), then you hand it to me to be polished and uploaded. You'll also have access to me during your content creation to help with everything from how to create the outline to shooting videos.
• COURSE EXTRAS: I can also create matching slides, promo graphics, workbooks, and checklists!
• CREATION OF YOUR SCHOOL: I create your entire school setup in Teachable - from the home page to branding, to checkout pages, coupon codes, and more. I can take you from start to finish.
• UPLOADING YOUR COURSE TO YOUR SCHOOL: Once your videos are ready I will upload ALL your content to the platform, this includes videos, downloads, and graphics.

EMAIL PROVIDER INTEGRATION: I integrate your email provider with your course's checkout cart to make sure your new buyers get entered into a high value welcome series. (*requires compatible email provider like ConvertKit)

The course design & school setup process
• THE QUESTIONNAIRE: We start with a detailed questionnaire that gives me all the details about your product/course, your goals, and your brand.
• THE DEEP DIVE CALL: We set up a call to go through all your answers and chat all about how we'll bring your course to life! You'll also be providing me a course outline so we know exactly where we are headed.
• THE CREATION: You get to work creating your course with me as your personal course tech concierge. Depending on how many modules/lessons you have this should take about 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile I get to work building out the school and getting started on the supporting graphics.
• THE POLISH: Once I get your final edited videos I upload them all to your school along with adding in all the downloads, graphics, etc. This is also where I finalize the checkouts, coupons, affiliate programs, link your course to your email provider, and more.
• PRESENTATION: This is it! The big reveal! I join you on another call to walk you through the course, all the elements, their purpose and how the course is designed to achieve your goals!
• TOOLS + TRAINING: Now it's time for the keys to your course!
Once your school and course are setup I'll send you your bundle of custom resources to help you manage your course. This is also where I deliver your course launch plan via PDF. Think of it as a road map to a successful launch!
